This month the NJSA would like to recognize eleven year old member Gracie Flaspohler of Batesville, Indiana. The daughter of Ron and April Flaspohler and sister to Ashley, Christine, Hope, and Regan Flaspohler. Gracie is a sixth grade student at Batesville Elementary where she is taking advanced courses. Outside of school, Gracie is extremely committed to her family and their operation where she works hard to produce high quality projects for show. Her favorite memory stems from the National Junior Summer Spectacular where she was awarded the Champion Novice Sweepsteaks Award her last year as a novice exhibitor.

Gracie says that she is excited for the upcoming summer show season and she also reflected on having the Champion Berkshire Barrow at the National Western Stock Show this year.

The NJSA wishes Gracie the nest of luck throughout her future efforts in the showring and we congratulate her on being this month’s NJSA Youth Spotlight!
