Kaitlyn Copeland

The NJSA recognizes Katelynn Copeland as a youth spotlight.  Katelynn is a twelve –year-old sixth grader at Green County Tech Intermediate and a five-year member of the NJSA.

Supported by her parents Marsha and Steve and her older brother Tyler, Katelynn has found success in the showring and in her school on the basketball court!  She is also an active member of The Camp Ground Clovers 4-H Club where she assisted in storm relief efforts by cleaning yards and contributing where help was needed with her fellow club members.

Katelynn’s involvement in the NJSA has brought great joy to her life as she enjoys going to shows including; The National Junior Summer Spectacular, World Pork Expo, American Royal, and National Western Stock Show.  At these events she enjoys seeing the friends she has made and the people that help make the shows a success.

As she looks to the future she hopes to do her best while having fun!  Spending her free time in the barn working with her families animals and on the basketball court gearing up for her teams next big will fill her plans for the future!

Congratulations Katelynn and good luck at your next show!
