Gabriel Bradley is a junior at Del Oro High School and is the son of Mike and Kim Bradley. He lives in
Granite Bay
,
Calif.
, (30 miles east of
Sacramento
) with his parents and his two brothers, Luke, 13, and Levi, 4. His NJSA involvement includes the Western Regional, in which he has been fortunate enough to win the honors of Reserve Champion Gilt Overall, Champion Intermediate Showman, and Champion Intermediate Sweepstakes at the 2004 show.
Gabriel raises swine, with a small purebred
Yorkshire
herd. He also raises market steers and koi fish, which are large goldfish. With his goldfish operation, Gabriel produces more than 1,000 fish each year. His school involvement includes FFA and 4-H. Currently, Gabriel is serving as the chapter FFA vice president and the Superior Region president. He also competes in public speaking contests. In 4-H, he is a teen leader and a member of the poultry group.
Gabriel is very involved with many community service activities. He helps with canned food drives, coat drives, Christmas caroling, Easter Seals, and providing Christmas for needy families. Gabriel is a member of Bayside Christian Church.
