Emma is an active 5-year-old with a younger brother, Zachary, who’s two, and an older sister, Katie, who is eight.  Emma’s family raises and sells show pigs in Pennsylvania . Emma’s favorite gilt ever was named “ Bell ,” the Duroc she showed last year.  Even though Emma sold Bell at the farm show last year, she still keeps up on Bell ’s life. The lady who bought her sends Emma pictures of her and her first litter from time to time. 

In 2004, Emma participated in the Eastern Regional show where she was ninth in the skillathon. Although showing her gilt is her favorite part, she did have fun with the skillathon. 

In Emma’s spare time, she enjoys T-Ball, swimming and riding her bike. She plans to show “Snow White,” her Hampshire this year at the Eastern Regional as well as the Farm Show.
