13-year-old Gwen Branscome has been showing pigs for the past five years.  This eighth grader loves showing at the Eastern Regional whenever she can.  Gwen’s family includes her parents, Terry and Fred, and her brother Jacob.

Gwen enjoys showing crossbred and Duroc hogs.  In her spare time, she likes playing sports.  Her favorite sports are soccer and lacrosse.  She also enjoys sewing, crafts and 4-H.

Although Gwen is not sure what she will be doing in the future, she will be plenty busy with 4-H and showing hogs.
