Leadership Team Goals:
1. Bring motivational leadership to NJSA members.
2. Involve new leadership capabilities and activities to our members at shows and conferences.
3. Attract new members who are necessarily attracted to the NJSA through shows, but through leadership activities.
4. Involve a wide variety of ideas from a wide variety of committee members.
5. Keep a fresh, motivational style of leadership amongst our members.

Shows Team

Shows Team Goals:
1. Constantly strive to get the “word out” about NJSA shows at non-NJSA local, state and regional shows across the country.
2. Develop a list of show circuits and other shows where purebreds are shown with pedigrees. Recruit these shows to become NJSA Recommended Shows.
3. Continue to improve every NJSA show to the best of our ability.
4. Work together as a team to strengthen ourselves as leaders at the shows.
5. Increase participation in all of the sweepstakes contests at every show.

Services Team

Services Team Goals:
1. Serve as a medium between the NJSA and the PIGS organization to continue to build and expand its involvement.
2. Maintain the integrity and reputation of the MVP program and encourage the development of future mentors and their protégés.
3. Find ways to meet the interests of a broad audience to "The Pinnacle" newsletter by creating new ideas for the games and activities for younger members while incorporating industry relevant articles for older members.
4. In general, at NJSA shows, especially NJSS, improve communication towards the members and their families through Daily newsflash and other activities.
5. Make sure that Youth Spotlights are completed effectively and on a timely basis.
