Gilts must be born Jan. 1, 2009, and after.
Barrows must be born Jan. 1, 2009, and after, weighing between 220-280 lbs.
Exhibitors must show one purebred barrow in order to show one or two crossbred barrows.

Friday, September 4, 2009
9 a.m.: Earliest gilt and barrow entries may arrive at fairgrounds
11 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Check-in and Showmanship Registration
3:30 p.m.: All gilts and barrows must be in place in barn
5 p.m.: Crossbred Barrow Show followed by Purebred Barrow Show

8:15 a.m.: Junior Exhibitor Meeting
8:30 a.m.: Showmanship (Senior-Intermediate-Junior-Novice)
9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Judging Contest Registration
1 p.m.: Judging Contest (Junior-Intermediate-Senior)
(officials to follow the completion of the senior division oral reasons)
3:30 p.m.: Novice Judging Contest
7 p.m.: Judging Contest Results
7:15 p.m.: NJSA Pizza Party

8 a.m.: Inspiration service with Ray Perryman
9:30 a.m.: Purebred Gilt Show (Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace, Yorkshire)
