I wanted to tell you that I participated in the Regional Leadership Conference in early February. My dad and I had a great time and I learned a lot. It was really fun. My favorite parts were the boar stud panel discussion and the activities. I hope this was considered a success, because I'd love to come to another one. Thanks for putting on fun and educational events like this!

Just a word of praise for the NJSA Southeast Regional show AWESOME!!! My family has been involved with junior livestock shows for 20+ years now, and this was by far the best we have ever been to! The organization was unbelivable and everything was very timely. It was a very education-centered, positive, friendly, family-oriented, fun show with great fellowship and food. Everything was super. I especially thank you for the church service. It really made an impression on our 9-year-old son (us too). Keep up the good work.

Congratulations on the terrific event in Georgia. We had a terrific time. The facilities were amazing. The NJSA staff, members, and committee in Georgia should be very proud of what they were able to present as the first Southeast Regional. We met several nice families, and many other very helpful people. We even got a phone call last night from the Grimes family from Georgia. They were just checking to make sure we made it home OK. To us as a family, that is truly what NJSA is all about. Everyone should hold their heads very high after that event.

First, I want to thank you for helping make our summer such a great one. We enjoyed all of the NJSA events, and they are now treasures in our family history. I can't think of a better way to raise my children than on a purebred hog farm, and the NJSA has played a big part in keeping my children interested and engaged in our family operation. It is easy to keep kids' interests when going to a show, but the true value is in the motivation to raise your own pigs and show what you raise and that is a 365-day-a-year commitment. Soon, we will be battling winter and chore time is not so fun, but those worries are overcome by anticipation of what will arrive in the farrowing house for gilts for Expo and Louisville. You have no idea how the NJSA has made raising hogs on our farm a total family activity. I know that many times people forget to say thanks or show their appreciation. Thank you from the Arkfeld family.

Just wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed the Western Regional. It was run very smoothly and the kids really enjoyed themselves. We will definitely participate again. The awards were wonderful and very generous. Thank you to the sponsors. We appreciated the time the judge took with the kids, great job.
Thanks,

Great job this past weekend! What an awesome event. So glad to be a part of the week and to judge the speaking contest. This event has come a long way and will continue to grow in the years to come. Thanks again for allowing me to help and witness first hand so many great things.

My family and I wanted to sincerely thank you for the effort you put into the Louisville junior show. My three children had a ball. They learned a lot and made a few new friends. The judges were caring and talked with the children. Everything was well organized, and the children learned a lot about showing and raising swine. We were quite impressed - you can guarantee that we will be there next year.
